FASTPAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, trading as Paysooper, runs this website. In short: we collect only what you send us through the enquiry form or by email, plus our host's standard request logs.
Enquiries reach us through Netlify, our host, which stores each one and emails it to our inbox. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and keeps only a few small items in your browser's storage.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object at any time, including to marketing. Raise any concern with sales@paysooper.com first; you can also complain to the Information Commission (ICO).
1.Who we are
The controller of your personal data is FASTPAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, trading as Paysooper, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17469679.
| Registered office | Flat 1, 6 Swan Street, Isleworth, England, TW7 6RJ |
|---|---|
| sales@paysooper.com |
We have not appointed a data protection officer.
This policy covers this website and enquiries only. If you become a merchant, we give you separate privacy information covering onboarding, KYB and the service.
2.What we collect
From the enquiry form on our Contact page we receive:
- your name and work email (required);
- your company, business type and monthly volume band (required), and your website (optional);
- the markets you choose and the products you need (Pay-in, Payout, Cascading);
- your licence and jurisdiction (optional);
- a Telegram or WhatsApp handle (optional), which may be a phone number;
- anything else you write, up to 5,000 characters (optional);
- the address of the page you sent the form from, and the time we received it.
Please keep sensitive personal data, such as health or identity details, out of the free-text fields.
We also receive:
| Spam checks | A hidden field and two timestamps from your device's clock, used only to spot automated submissions and never emailed or stored. |
|---|---|
| Hosting data | Netlify, like any host, processes your IP address, browser type, page requested, referring page and time, to serve pages and keep request logs. |
| Stored enquiries | Netlify keeps a copy of each enquiry in our form dashboard until we delete it. |
| Correspondence | Emails you send us, and Telegram or WhatsApp messages if you give us a handle and we reply that way. |
We use no advertising or social media trackers and no third-party fonts. Apart from our host's optional badge (see Cookies and device storage), the site runs no third-party scripts. It has no accounts and takes no payments.
Giving us data is not a legal or contractual requirement, but we cannot reply without your contact details. The site is for businesses and is not aimed at children.
3.How we use it and why
Each purpose below rests on our legitimate interests unless the table says otherwise. We do not rely on consent.
| Purpose | Lawful basis, and the data used |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and discussing it with you | Legitimate interests: answering business enquiries. Uses the form data and our correspondence. |
| Assessing whether we can serve your business | Legitimate interests: choosing the merchants we work with. Uses your markets, products, licence details, volume band and website. |
| Following up by email about our services | Legitimate interests: telling businesses about our services. Uses your name and work email. Sent only to people at companies and LLPs, never to sole traders or partnerships. You can object at any time, and every message includes a way to opt out. |
| Keeping the site and form secure and free of spam | Legitimate interests: protecting the site and our inbox. Uses the spam checks and our host's logs. |
| Keeping records the law requires, dealing with legal claims, taking professional advice, and selling or reorganising our business | Legal obligation, or legitimate interests in defending legal claims and running our business. |
If you are a sole trader enquiring for your own business, we may also rely on your request that we take these steps before any contract.
4.Who we share it with
These service providers handle your data to run the site and deliver enquiries:
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Netlify (United States) | Hosts the site, receives and stores each contact-form enquiry, emails it to our inbox, screens it for spam, and keeps request logs. |
| Our mailbox provider | Hosts the sales@paysooper.com mailbox, where enquiries arrive. |
- If we reply on Telegram or WhatsApp, those services handle the messages under their own policies.
- We may also share data with professional advisers, with authorities where the law requires, and with a buyer of the business.
We do not sell personal data.
5.International transfers
Netlify is a US company, so your data leaves the UK. How each transfer is covered:
- Netlify: the UK's adequacy regulations for the United States (the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework), to which it is certified.
- Telegram and WhatsApp: if we message you there, your messages pass through those services, which may be outside the UK.
Ask us at sales@paysooper.com for details of these safeguards.
6.How long we keep it
| Enquiries that do not lead to business | Deleted 24 months after our last contact with you. |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that lead to a merchant relationship | Moved into our client records, covered by the separate privacy information we give you at onboarding. |
| Marketing opt-outs | Your email address stays on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again. |
| Netlify copies | Netlify's request logs are kept for the limited period Netlify keeps them. Its stored copy of each enquiry is kept until we delete it, in line with the periods above. |
| Spam checks | Enquiries Netlify flags as spam are kept in a separate list until we delete them. |
7.Security
- The site is served only over a secure connection (HTTPS), which browsers are told always to use.
- Its security settings stop pages loading from, or sending data to, any outside service.
- Our service keys stay on the server and never reach your browser.
- Enquiries arrive in our inbox as emails and are not stored in a website database. Only the people who handle enquiries can read them.
8.Cookies and device storage
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It keeps these items in your browser's storage, and none is ever sent to us.
| Item | Purpose and lifetime |
|---|---|
| paysooper:contact-photo (session storage) | Set on the Contact page when your business type has a matching picture (iGaming or forex), so the thank-you page shows the same one. Deleted when you close the tab. |
| star-border:renderer (session storage) | Set on every page on devices with a mouse or trackpad. Your browser checks its graphics renderer's name and stores only whether graphics are drawn in hardware or software (gpu or software), so an animation can be toned down. Deleted when you close the tab. |
| nl-hud:public:v1 (local storage) | Only if our host shows its badge: set by Netlify if you choose to hide the badge. Stays until you clear this site's data. |
We also delete an old item, paysooper-theme, left by an earlier version of the site. The site no longer sets it.
These items, and the renderer check, only adapt how the site looks or works on your device, or remember a choice you made. Under PECR, the UK rules on cookies and device storage, they therefore need no consent, so we show no cookie banner.
To object, block site storage for this site in your browser settings. The site works fully without these items.
9.Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the personal data we hold about you and get a copy (access);
- have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
- have your data deleted (erasure);
- ask us to limit how we use it (restriction);
- object to how we use it (see the note below);
- receive the data you gave us in a reusable format (portability), only where we rely on a contract.
Your right to object. You can object at any time to any use of your data based on our legitimate interests, and you can always stop our marketing. If you object to marketing, we stop. Otherwise we stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue or need the data for a legal claim.
We make no decisions about you by automated means alone.
Using your rights is normally free: email sales@paysooper.com. We reply within one month, or within three months for complex requests (we will tell you if so), and may ask you to confirm your identity.
10.Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, tell us first: email sales@paysooper.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We acknowledge complaints within 30 days, look into them without undue delay, keep you updated and tell you the outcome.
You can also complain to the Information Commission, the UK's data protection regulator, on the ICO website.
