2.About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses this website. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
They cover the website only. For our technology services, see Information only, not an offer.
3.Who the site is for
The site is for businesses only, such as licensed iGaming and sportsbook operators, forex/CFD brokers, prop trading firms, and payment providers and resellers, and for the people who act for them.
It is not offered to consumers. By using the site, you confirm that you are acting for a business and not as a consumer.
4.Information only, not an offer
- Everything on the site is general information. It is not an offer that you can accept, and no contract for services is made through the site.
- Our technology services are provided only under a separate written agreement, after onboarding, KYB checks and approval. Payment services are provided by payment partners on their own terms. If our agreement and anything on the site differ, the agreement prevails.
- We may decline any application.
- Coverage, payment methods and products shown on the site are indicative. They depend on the payment partners available in each market, the merchant’s profile and the licences the merchant holds, and they may change. Settlement options are set by each payment partner, not by us.
- Product descriptions, such as those for cascading and fraud screening, explain what a feature is designed to do. They are not a promise of any particular result.
- Nothing on the site guarantees approval, acceptance rates, uptime or a payment partner’s settlement times. If you plan to rely on something you read here, ask us to confirm it in writing.
5.Our role and regulatory status
Paysooper is a technical service provider. We supply software and related services: an API, routing and cascading logic, reconciliation data, risk tools, and integration and technical support. They let a merchant connect to third-party payment service providers, payment institutions, banks and other payment providers (“payment partners”).
Payment services are provided by the payment partners, not by us. Each payment partner accepts, processes, holds, settles and pays out funds on its own terms, and is responsible for any licence or registration its services need. The payment partner sets and handles settlement timing, currencies, limits, fees, reserves, refunds and chargebacks.
We never receive, hold, control or transfer merchant, player or client funds. We do not issue electronic money or provide payment accounts. We are not a party to any payment transaction, and we do not act as a merchant’s agent for receiving payments.
Payment and payout instructions sent through our API are the merchant’s own. We pass them as data to a payment partner under the routing rules agreed with the merchant, without changing the amount or the payee. When cascading is switched on, a declined deposit request goes to the next partner channel under the same rules.
FASTPAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on the site is an offer of payment services.
Merchants are responsible for holding every licence their business needs, and for making sure their business is lawful in each market from which they accept payments. The merchant agreement sets out which payment partner provides each service, and any licences that partner holds.
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Take your own professional advice before you make decisions.
6.Enquiries and applications you send us
- Give accurate information. Only share a colleague’s details if you are entitled to do so.
- Apart from what the contact form asks for, do not send confidential information or sensitive personal data until a merchant agreement or a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
- Sending an enquiry or application, including through the contact form, does not create an agreement, and it does not oblige us to provide any service.
- We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
7.Acceptable use
When you use the site, you must not:
- use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
- try to get into any part of the site, its server or any connected system without permission
- scrape the site (search engines that follow our robots.txt are fine), run automated load tests against it, or try to get round the contact form’s spam controls
- send false or spam enquiries, or pretend to be someone else
We may restrict or block your access to the site if we believe you have broken these terms.
8.Intellectual property
- The content and design of the site, and the Paysooper name and logo, belong to us or to others who have allowed us to use them.
- You may view the site, and print pages, to evaluate our services for your business. This permission is limited and we may withdraw it. You may not copy, frame, republish or otherwise reuse the content without our written permission.
- Payment-method names and logos, such as UPI, bKash, QRIS, GCash, VietQR and FPX, belong to their owners. We show them only to identify the payment methods, and showing them does not mean that any owner endorses us.
- Country flags are shown only to identify markets. The flag images come from the open-source flag-icons project and are used under its MIT licence.
9.Links and third-party content
The site may link to websites run by others. We do not control or endorse those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they use your data.
If our host shows its toolbar, that toolbar links to the host’s own website. We do not control that service. Our Privacy Policy explains what it receives.
10.Availability and security
We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time, without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors or viruses. Please use your own antivirus software and security measures.
11.Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, we do not promise that the content of the site is complete, accurate or up to date. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise. This includes loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, and any knock-on or consequential loss.
We offer the site free of charge and for information only, and these limits reflect that. Our liability for our technology services is governed only by the merchant agreement.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes apply from the time we post them, and if you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
13.Governing law and general
- These terms, and any dispute about them or about the site (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
- These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site. They do not change any merchant agreement.
- If these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
14.Contact
If you have a question about these terms, or want to report misuse of the site, please email us.
